I was born in Australia, but I have spent a lot of time in Serbia culminating a six month stay in 2015 so I know what I am talking about. I am not the type of person that walks around with their eyes closed.
Let me tell you what any Serb arriving in Australia today could get. If they had some very special sought after qualifications plus experience they could get a decent job, but if not then its either a labouring job, construction work or cleaning. Since the mining boom is over even Serbs with engineering quals cannot get a job in this field. This is 2017 not 1970.
Now you try and make ends meet in Sydney on a cleaners wage paying rent food etc when the median house price is $1 million. The days of wine and roses of the 1970s is long long gone.
I have no idea what you are talking about wishing for the old days because I have spent all my time here trying to bring people into 2017 rather than talking about how great things are in the west. It’s a problem throughout the world not just Serbia.
With globalisation there is no pot of gold at the other end.

Genocide did not occur in Srebrinica no matter what the Hague Kangaroo court conjectured and manipulated.

Genocide did occur in Croatia where over 250 thousands Serbs were ethnically cleansed as well as another 100 thousand Serbs in Kosovo accelerating in the 1980's culminating in 1999 and 2004.

Serbs hate July 1995 when Belgrade was surrounded and bombed by the Bosnian and Albanian armies. Then the Albanian armies went deep into villages and started killing civilians and created mass graves. Why doesn't Europe talk about that ? There is no amnesia in Serbia. This gives a totally distorted image of the events. What the Serbs who request this want is to put a spoiler on the inquiry team who will disagree with the report so that Serbs can claim the report was non-unanimous,and therefore unreliable and unacceptable.

I believe that the "Serbian Research Group" was Edward S. Herman and friends, a true idiot.
Without any evidence he will use the highest possible number he can find for Serb victims and when he talks about non-Serb victims he uses the lowest possible numbers.
When he talks about Serbs population reductions in Muslim areas he assumes that they were ethnically cleansed, but Muslims who left Serb areas just decided to leave.
He compares non-Serb deaths to Serb refugees to make the numbers appear closer etc etc, always using the maximum estimate he can find for Serb victims and the minimum number for non-Serbs.

No that's not the only way to clear it up. It has already been cleared up. Serbia already agreed via the law on co-operation with the ICTY. The Serbian Action team arrested those on the wanted list and handed them over to the ICTY.
What you really want is a new investigation where you personally get the final say on the members and then if you disagree with the findings you get to make a new commission.

Simple, the cancer rates are the highest in Europe, to be more specific its leukaemia. No one keeps any records in Kosovo because it needs to keep it secret, but depleted uranium munitions were dropped in 1999 in Kosovo particularly in southern Kosovo and near the Albanian border. Its common knowledge in Kosovo that cancer rates are very high in certain parts. I never said anything about cancers in Albania.
If we were beaten by the US at least we were not beat by Albos.

All points above were finessed and stretched way beyond the standard and legally accepted meaning and interpretation to claim 'genocide', an exceptionally high bar in international law. There's a reason the bar is so high which is why it will come back to bite those who changed it. Even then, it only was considered as an 'act of genocide' specifically to Srebrenica, quite the opposite to the non-stop claim that genocide was occurring right from 1992 as championed by Cherif Bassouni, Professor of Law at DePaul University, Chicago, a humanitarian warrior if there ever was one. The precedent has been set, and it will boomerang back on its creators and backers.

I was born in Australia, but I have spent a lot of time in Serbia culminating a six month stay in 2015 so I know what I am talking about. I am not the type of person that walks around with their eyes closed.
Let me tell you what any Serb arriving in Australia today could get. If they had some very special sought after qualifications plus experience they could get a decent job, but if not then its either a labouring job, construction work or cleaning. Since the mining boom is over even Serbs with engineering quals cannot get a job in this field. This is 2017 not 1970.
Now you try and make ends meet in Sydney on a cleaners wage paying rent food etc when the median house price is $1 million. The days of wine and roses of the 1970s is long long gone.
I have no idea what you are talking about wishing for the old days because I have spent all my time here trying to bring people into 2017 rather than talking about how great things are in the west. It’s a problem throughout the world not just Serbia.

2007: International Court of Justice ruling

1: Inferred intent without providing cast iron evidence, supposition, hearsay, third hand tittle tattle
2: Made no regards or consideration regarding the women and children element (men can't give birth btw)
3: Made no regards for the very low numbers compared to the general population
4: Ignored the fact that almost all those who ran from Srebrenica were BiH army soldiers
5: Arbitrarily drew very limited geographic areas and liberally interpreted out of existence
6: Only showed interest in reaching the magical 7,000 number with no regard as to how many died in combat (the UN designated the column to Tuzla as 'military' - see NIOD report), each other or were illegally executed as Prisoners of War (that is only applied to soldiers, not civilians).

All points above were finessed and stretched way beyond the standard and legally accepted meaning and interpretation to claim 'genocide', an exceptionally high bar in international law. There's a reason the bar is so high which is why it will come back to bite those who changed it. Even then, it only was considered as an 'act of genocide' specifically to Srebrenica, quite the opposite to the non-stop claim that genocide was occurring right from 1992 as championed by Cherif Bassouni, Professor of Law at DePaul University, Chicago, a humanitarian warrior if there ever was one. The precedent has been set, and it will boomerang back on its creators and backers.

Produced under the direct hand of Viceroy of Bosnia, High Lord Paddy Ashdown, former MI6 officer and leader of the Liberal Democrat party in the UK. He fired dozens of Bosnian Serb politicians because they did not follow his orders unquestioningly. Several years later, under a less hands on Viceroy, they were all exonerated and allowed back in to government.

2004: Second Republika Srpska investigations and official apology
Followed extreme pressure from Berlin & Washington. Even then it was as limp as limp can be. Forcing a confession at the point of a metaphorical gun is not legal in any normal country.

A 200 page raport was presented on 11 juli 2005 by the ‘Srebrenica Research Group’ at a UN press conference. titled: Srebrenica and the Politics of War Crimes. The report sweeps the floor with the official version of the events in and around the enclave in 1995. It presents undeniable facts that both the size of the victims and the version given by governments and the media are based on misleading manipulation and forgery. This gives a totally distorted image of the events. It was presented by Phillip Corwin, head expert of the UN Coordination for Civil Affairs, and Carlos Martino Branco who interviewed the Military UN observers from Srebrenica. Both were present in Bosnia during the war.

What the Serbs who request this want is to put a spoiler on the inquiry team who will disagree with the report so that Serbs can claim the report was non-unanimous,and therefore unreliable and unacceptable.

I believe that the "Serbian Research Group" was Edward S. Herman and friends, a true idiot.
Without any evidence he will use the highest possible number he can find for Serb victims and when he talks about non-Serb victims he uses the lowest possible numbers.
When he talks about Serbs population reductions in Muslim areas he assumes that they were ethnically cleansed, but Muslims who left Serb areas just decided to leave.
He compares non-Serb deaths to Serb refugees to make the numbers appear closer etc etc, always using the maximum estimate he can find for Serb victims and the minimum number for non-Serbs.

There is only one way to clear this up. Form an international commission to seek out the truth on Srebrenica. The members to be on this commission have to be agreed upon by all sides and whatever they find out then so be it.

No that's not the only way to clear it up. It has already been cleared up. Serbia already agreed via the law on co-operation with the ICTY. The Serbian Action team arrested those on the wanted list and handed them over to the ICTY.
What you really want is a new investigation where you personally get the final say on the members and then if you disagree with the findings you get to make a new commission.

Don't worry serbians, this is typical left wing talk, the left who is in power in Bruxelles. They will keep telling you that you're discriminating these people, even when you will have homosexuals and gypsies in Parlament and in Governement or TV. It's just their way of controlling you, through minorities. This is what is happening in Romania for 10-15 years, even after gays and gypsies have every right in the world. Romania was not qualified to join the EU, however, by lying and bribery it managed to convince the EU to accept them.

As far as Roma and homosexuals are concerned, they are human beings and from the ones I've met, they are better human beings than you appear to be.

The most heartless prejudice Romanians have is that toward handicapped and orphaned children. I visited many facilities that were supposed to care for these children. The conditions those children lived under were worse than animals live under.

One way to judge a society is to observe how the most vulnerable are treated. Romania is guilty of inhumane treatment of the weak, sick, poor, aged and handicapped. Serbia is not far behind.
