About time something was done about the squalid conditions in both Bristol Park opposite the main bus station and Luka Celovica Park in front of the Faculty of Economics, especially under that car park which was being used as a bathroom facility.

I have never seen so much rubbish which the refugees refused to even put in rubbish bins. Belgrade council even brought in skip bins and they even refused to use them.
