After a French court <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/crimes.php?yyyy=2017&mm=04&dd=27&nav_id=101127" class="text-link" target= "_blank">rejected</a> Serbia's request for Ramush Haradinaj's extradition, President Tomislav Nikolic wrote to his French counterpart Francois Hollande.

there could have been an international reaction if he was tried in a court I The Serbian nation....France could be just trying to prevent trouble for itself and international protest against the verdict- sentence to come.....some peace is therefore attained .....by this (temporary)injustice....Have faith in Gd,Christ Said. Well, no Serbian Court has convicted Haradinaj of those charges. So, how did Tomislav make this determination that Haradinaj is a criminal when, according to Serbia's Law, Haradinaj is presumed innocent of those charges until a Serbian Court decides that he is guilty.
Tomislav is such an idiot that he would put in writing the evidence that Haradinaj can't receive a fair trial in Serbia, since Serbia's president has already decided that Haradinaj is guilty, without any trial or court verdict.
