Ok first off, let's examine the illogical argument of one country suing Serbia for genocide committed in what you think is another country.

If you still think this will go through, go ask Croatia and Bosnia how their law suits went.

If you're still convinced you have a winning strategy, you're deliberately limiting your intelligence.

2. Bosnia failed because, Serbia use the justification that the crimes were not made by Serbia but by Serbs in Bosnia – and i have to remind to you that Bosnia was a state under Jugoslavia, and even had an army even thought modest. So they failed to prove that Serbia did that !
3. But, in Kosovo case ??? Serbia itself did genocide against a minority in Serbia. Against an unarmed minority. What international laws say about that ? How it is called if you try to exterminate an unarmed minority under your protection?
How can Serbia protect herself and justify what happened ? Ok, if you like to talk in vain and tell that nooo, you will never win – i say to you that we have more chances than Bosnians.
In my opinion we take what was ours and we ‘let it alone’, for not opening more ‘wounds’ – but as much as Serbia is insisting ? – So this must be a strategy! I’m with that !

First at all, my dear, i’m not saying that we have a strategy, but it must became one. If Serbia insist of blocking Kosovo in all, and pretend that Kosovo is Serbia - then Albania should do that.
Showing the history of its own people since the Ottoman area till to Kosovo war.
So finally this generations will know or will have a little ‘refresh’ of the truth history of Kosovo. Unfortunately for you we have the facts, you have none – you have just some Churches but even those are and historically were in middle of us, and were protected by us for centuries.
And if you pretend Kosovo just because of those – you should do the same with Montenegro, Greece or else where you have some Churches – but i have to remind that even Albania and Bulgaria has Churches in neighboring countries! So ?

Pattern of aggression is obvious in Slovenia,Croatia,Bosnia and Kosova.

Serbs must pay war reparations from the War Crimes Capital of the world infamous Belgrade.

Kosovo does not have the money to prepare the case nor will the EU finance such action. Even if you did have the money Brussels would rule it out and even if you managed to take it to court you would end up with the same result as Croatia and BiH.

It will be fun to hear the Albanians reaction when Thaci is sentenced to 20 years behind bars(...)

He has already commited a genocide on our brain cells. Seriously though, it is clearly a reparation fraud scheme and/or attempt to further terrorise and destabilise the region of Balkans. Perhaps he counts on his friends among immigrating -doctors and engineers of the religion of peace- to support him, idk. If anything, i will gladly go back from Poland to support Serbia, militarily if needed. Btw, panslavism aint that bad. Pity that Hungary preffers isolationism and Russia is too far. Vucic sounds like a reasonable politician and a long-term thinking strategist, so he wont send in the mercs to settle Thacis matter, as it would inflame the situation further. Lets all hope the eastern countries wont second him. Good old stalemate.
