As for Kosovo it is a Rus word. There was time when I thought it means Hay Field but now I believe that the true meaning was Cossakovo Pole. It better suits the medieval Rus traditions to give names that aimed at the owner of the lands (Galipole), mountains (Cordelleros = K-Orde la Ros), rivers (Elba), seas (Baltic), oceans (Ak-e Han), continents (Afri Can) ect.

As for Kosova, it has been at peace since 1999, and Russia was a party negotiating the peace agreement, with Chernomyrdin laying on Milosevic the terms of the deal. Unless Russia denounces it's own role, it has no cause for conflict. And much as you might issue empty threats, you know that Kosova has the strongest security umbrella in the whole of the continet. Alright? So debate like a normal person, and leave the threats aside, because you aren't impressing anybody.
Your outlandish, made-up stories are even less historically accurate than say, Game of Thrones, with none of its fun or dragons.
The only time, the Rus have been in Kosova was during the fiasco of 1999, when your soldiers were reduced to beg for cigarettes because they run out of money. That sight alone makes it hard to take your bluster seriously.

One can see why the west really does not care about Albanians. Thaci murdered his own people for western interests without giving it a second thought so perhaps he is not a war criminal. However, old Thaci was on the Interpol wanted list before the US converted him to freedom and democracy.
The US loves people like Thaci and has always worked with them which does not say much about the US either.
