icj1, the CB of B92, is the true example of brainwashed idiocy on this site. icj1, has proven to us that (s)he doesn't even understand the elementary rules for writing proper nouns or acronyms in the English language. Our resident bigot has also showcased their brainwashing by celebrating crimes against religious institutions.
icj1 has been so brainwashed that (s)he stupidly uses incriminating examples of corrupt justice to defend other bigots. Yes, only in the icj1 warped world of corrupt ICTY justice, is the burden of proof or persuasion on the accused. Truly laughable displays of stupidity.
Brainwashed idiocy, intolerance and ignorance define icj1.

(Courtador, 14 April 2017 15:47)

---

Serbian citizens who apply with the Interior ministry receive Serbian passports. Many residents of KiM obtain passports from the Interior ministry that enable visa-free access to the Schengen zone. Yes, the EU is discriminating against residents of the fenced-in ghetto who don't apply for passports with the ministry.

Kosovo is not a country. Its a disputed province belonging to Serbia.
(Staff, 15 April 2017 14:15)

Well, it is every country's right to decide whether to recognize Kosovo as a country or not. Serbia has decided not to recognize Kosovo as a country and it is certainly Serbia's right to make that sovereign decision, whereas other 110+ countries have decided to recognize Kosovo as a country and it is certainly their right to make that sovereign decision, as well. Unfortunately for Serbia, the world has not made Serbia the global authority to decide what is a country and what isn't lol
(icj1, 15 April 2017 22:32)

As long as the permanent members of the UNSC doesn't recognize Kosovo as an own country, it will not be one.
(Staff, 16 April 2017 10:21)

Well, it won't be a country for those UNSC permanent members which do not recognize it, and it will be a country for those UNSC permanent members that do recognize it. The recognition of a new State or Government is an act that only other States and Governments may grant or withhold.

I understand that you have been brainwashed to believe that the UN is the authority that recognizes states and governments, but the UN is very clear that it does not possess any authority to recognize either a State or a Government because the UN is neither a State nor a Government.

(factman, 16 April 2017 01:13)

Of course, each country decides for itself what to recognize as a country and that decision is not binding on any other country. You are just confirming my point :)

Icj1, there aren't that much to lol about, just state some facts.
As you most probably know, it doesn't really matter if there are 5, 50 or 150 recognitions. As long as the permanent members of the UNSC doesn't recognize Kosovo as an own country, it will not be one. I think you know this already since it has been discussed so many years. I beg you to read the resolution.

All the illegal Albanians must leave too. Albanians made Kosovo once a beautiful and quaint area full of Serbian history and peaceful monasteries into the biggest bordello narco slum in Europe.

THIS is funny. UN CANNOT leave the province. Its a catch 22. Kosovo is not a country. Its a disputed province belonging to Serbia. And the only BINDING document is UNSCR 1244 whether one like it or not. China and Russia will unlikely change 1244.

Pristina officials say that the mission's work is "not productive,"

Then it fits perfectly to the Pristina government, whose bigges achievement was to turn Kosovo into Europe's drug hub and to make it one of the most corrupt places in Europe.

Is this the same dysfunctional "Pristina" that wants visa-free access to the EU for citizens that don't carry Serbian travel travel documents?

LOL

Pristina wants a lot of things these days that they're just not going to get. One almost has to admire these lil beggars in thinking they have any executive decision-making :)

Serbian citizens from Kosovo that reside in Kosovo (Serb or Albanian) are not part of visa-free travel. Serbia agreed many years ago.

UN mission today does nothing, all its functions have been transferred to Kosovo authorities or EULEX.

Not long ago Serbia wanted UN out and KFOR now they want them there....!
