Signs in Serbian Cyrillic again irk vandals in region

It's hard to imagine a human being with such a low IQ. He's obviously not a taxpayer(unlikely to be employable) so obviously doesn't care about the cost of repair/replacing the signs to the local community.He actually seems to be an "adult" (using the term loosely) which is even more disturbing since he may,God-forbid,have children to whom he is a totally unsuitable role-model.Let's hope the idiot sees himself plastered across the internet in this montage of vandalism,wanton hatred and cultural ignorance and he has the decency to apologize for his crass stupidity.Let's not hold our breath though!
