it had been discovered a long time ago by a Finnish investigator that, the Eight-tousend Proclamed victims was a Myth.
(Arn.Sweden., 13 April 2017 17:20)

Oh, really?! You might want to tell to this Finnish investigator to notify the UN Security Council about that since the UN has already determined beyond any reasonable doubt that genocide was committed in Srebrenica by members of the VRS.

It sounds like you're flogging a dead horse, dear. Regardless of how much you flog it, I'm not sure you'll get any reaction!

People who died remained on voting lists for a number of years until these lists were updated. These were voter registraion lists, not a list of people who voted.
Can you provide a list of 10 people who are listed as buried/missing in Srebrenica who are still alive?

Is the "Military comander of the Muslims" in Srebrenica one of the 6 people that I mentioned or someone new?

Karadzic disputed this number submitting the list of 87 people persons whose names were recorded as victims of the Srebrenica massacre and who died either earlier or later, in different places. The Trial Chamber accepted the document as definitely credible because it is based on court rulings specifying the dates and places of death. (death certificates).
List is entered as official evidence (go to ICTY site, and search document # D00165) but numbers didn't change.
Not only that, but Karadzic claimed that he has "credible information" that "entire graveyards have been moved just to inflate the numbers of Muslim deaths in Srebrenica".

http://www.itnsource.com/shotlist/RTV/2009/07/24/RTV1377009/?v=2

He claimed that real number of killed differs "by thousands, not hundreds."

His request for DNA examinations was refused by Tribunal, rare practice in any court...
Appearantly, refusing to test DNA evidence in case of some Sharon Snyder is a "scandal", but not at Tribunal...

"He added that the Hague Tribunal said it is early verdicts that 8,372 people had been killed.

"But in the ruling against (Radovan) Karadzic, it was 3,000 and something, then 5,000... I don't want to deal with the issues that will lead to discord among citizens. "

Only partially true.
Early verdicts do have number of 8,372 killed, but it never went down to 3,000.

Karadzic is sentenced for "estimated the real number of those killed at 5,749 (in paragraph 596 of its Judgement) with note that many of those might have died due to exhaustion during the march towards Tuzla, or other causes (such is heart attack, etc.) but that at least 4,970 are considered violantly killed.
Note that "violantly killed" does not mean "exsecuted", but number of those who died while fighting their way towards Tuzla is nearly imposible to establish.

The Finn discovered Many who was claimed to be victims, afterwards did take part in elections in central Bosnia.
(Arn.Sweden., 13 April 2017 17:20)
If you were killed in a car accident today, there is still a chance that you would be on the voter registration lists for a few months. And if you lived in an region destroyed by war you could likely still be on the list for a number of years.

You may thinking of the Norwegian Helge Brunborg who analysed the voting lists 2 years after the event and found 9 people registered who were listed as missing in Srebrenica.
This does not mean that they voted, this means that they were on the registration list.
Even though he suspected administration errors or voter fraud, he removed these people from his estimates of victims just in case.
After 15 years of investigations, there were 6 people found on the list of Srebrenica missing that were discovered not to be missing.

I hope I have helped you just a little bit.

Since there is a dispute over whether genocide did occur in Srebrenica, I suggest that an international independent commission of inquiry be formed which will not sway towards one or the other side, but its purpose would be to examine the questions at hand:
Did genocide occur?
(sj, 13 April 2017 13:28)

The UN Security Council did already appoint people to perform that inquiry and they determined, beyond any reasonable doubt, that genocide was committed in Srebrenica in July 1995 by members of the VRS.

I think most know where I stand in this debate. Now if this commission did find out that it was genocide then even I will accept those findings.
But don’t hold your breath waiting for the commission to be formed because the Bosniaks have flatly refused it in the past. It would appear it would not be a good look to be found out that the genocide is a myth.
