You can't even make any major decisions without their approval. You're nothing if you tried a straight up war with Serbia, and attempting to remove Serbs from Kosovo by force would end in Albanians being run out of Kosovo by Serbia.

What happened clown? More innocent Albanian civilians died than anything else as a result of the NATO bombing. The Kosovo Albanians will be sent to permanent exile in Turkey where they came from the next time they start killing Serbs again in Kosovo.
