Apparently all the Serbs have is to whine about "who is going to pay for Montenegro's NATO membership"?? I'll break it down for you.

1st, there is no monthly membership fee that NATO member states must pay

2nd, all that is required is that NATO countries spend a certain amount of their countries GDP on defense spending. In Montenegro's situation that will be easy and very minimal due to the fact that there are so few soldiers. Won't cost much to fund them.

3rd, what idiot actually thinks NATO is expecting Montenegro to contribute a sizable amount of soldiers to fight in conflicts? Raise your hands high so we can all witness how stupid you are. Every single NATO country doesn't send troops to fight wherever NATO goes. Greece for example doesn't fight in every single military engagement.

4th, Montenegro's contribution is far greater and more important that soldiers to fight, they contribute a very important piece of a defense puzzle to NATO which is LAND and SEA ACCESS and AIR ACCESS. NATO now has exclusive rights to the Adriatic Sea! They have exclusive rights to air space all along the Adriatic Coast should he need arise to fly missions or launch air strikes. This is worth more than anything Montenegro could ever contribute financially. In return, NATO offers Montenegro its protection and support.

5th, Montenegro is happy to not be a part of USOR United States of Russia the same way Serbia is. Russians are losers and so are Serbians.

Like all social security dependents, the problem with our resident is that it cannot come to terms that there are two parts to the US economy; the first is private enterprise such as Microsoft, Exon and Apple etc and these corporations are doing great, but they are not owned by the federal or state governments. Your social security comes from the government and it’s the government that has to find the money to pay you.

Albania wanted to be as far away from Russia from the moment they sent their tanks to what was then Chzecoslovakia. It's the reason why Albania left the Warsaw Pact. Since that moment we have seen Russia as an agressor. This continued later in the 80's and 90's when Russia was supporting Serbia as it was murdering our children. Since the early 90's Albania has been striving to join NATO as a way to defend the country from Russian and influence which is manifested as Serbian agression. Montenegro Army is there for parades only, it will be in Nato to close Adriatic sea for Russia.

Many people here are not aware of the EU's financial means. Nobody ask Montenegro to spend any money for arms or army either. They are just strategically important to close the Adriatic See in front of the Russian Navy. No more no less. It's worth a lot for NATO, so anything else is free and bonus for Montenegro.

When you don’t have enough of GDP where do you find that extra to pay for NATO. Even 10 soldiers have to be clothed, fed, housed, equipment purchased, trained and so on. If Montenegro does not have it then someone has to pay. It does not fall down from heaven. Your social security comes from the government and it’s the government that has to find the money to pay you.
Montenegro has a gap in its current budgets on many fronts including health and education so unless you can pull money out of a hat someone else has to pay LOL.
You have to get it through your thick head that there is no such thing a free lunch.

Trump has been very unpredictable in his actions, behaviours and his intent. He has got the worlds attention. He is super swtched on, i really beleive he is keeping his enermies close to him and kind of onside even supporting him on desitions (doing this to keep himself alive)

Like all social security dependents, the problem with our resident is that it cannot come to terms that there are two parts to the US economy; the first is private enterprise such as Microsoft, Exon and Apple etc and these corporations are doing great, but they are not owned by the federal or state governments. In fact 90% of all stocks in the US are owned by 10% of the population.
The second part is the government itself. The federal, state and local governments owe $23 trillion and already biting into the next Trillion. It is this part that all social security dependents have an issue with. They can’t fathom the concept that it’s people like the resident dumb dumb who are stuck with the debt because governments borrow on their behalf money and not Microsoft or Apple. Corporations can be headquartered in Washington DC today by June 2017 they could have their HQ in Dublin, Prague or Rome.

Albania wanted to be as far away from Russia from the moment they sent their tanks to what was then Chzecoslovakia. It's the reason why Albania left the Warsaw Pact. Since that moment we have seen Russia as an agressor. This continued later in the 80's and 90's when Russia was supporting Serbia as it was murdering our children. Since the early 90's Albania has been striving to join NATO as a way to defend the country from Russian and influence which is manifested as Serbian agression. We saw Serb kill Albanian children in Kosova with Russian support and encouragement. We chose NATO so we're not alone if Russia or Serbia get the stupid idea that it's time to do the same to Albania. So to summarize Albania chose to be a NATO member on its own volition, hence you can't be speaking about puppets.
