Free movement of goods and labor and the expected prosperity that comes from them are the main reason why all the Western Balkans countries are trying to get into the EU.

Since we're going to be waiting a while for the EU, why not do some of that beforehand? Eventually, us, Albanians would have to have free trade with Serbia anyway...as member states of the EU (whenever that happens).
