Funny how you consider Serbs to be sick people when you come from the group that actively destroys any traces of non-Albanian heritage anywhere you live, steal other people's lands, history, culture, heritage, and symbolism and claim it as your own, pretend that war crimes were done in self defense, kill anyone among you who testifies against your "heroes", has the worst minority rights of any country or region in Europe, and believes in the worst North Korean-style propaganda coming from Hoxha's Ministry of Truth decades after his death.

The worst part about all of this, is your attempt at suing Serbia for genocide is nothing but a cheap way of getting money because you're not making enough in the car washing, pizza flipping, and child prostitution rackets. If there's any justice in the world, the EU should force all Albanians outside of Albania to migrate back to where they originally crawled out of, while lopping off the northern tip and give it to Montenegro, the southern part to back to Greece, and rump Albania to be blockaded by NATO until your population levels get under control.

Albanians have long record of genocide on Serb population. During Ottoman empire they were stormtroopers of the empire. In world wars the were on the side of Austrian and Germans against Serbs and as well with communists after ww2. They were with communists, fascists, nazis and USA imperialists. They are traditional friends with Croats, Bosnian muslims, Germans and Austrians as they were in ww1 and ww2, 1990s.

Unlike Bosnia's case, where Serbia can hide behind "it was not Serbia, it was Bosnian Serbs", in Kosovo there was direct involvement of the state of Serbia in the crimes committed there. As has been confirmed by the Hague convictions of many high level Serbian state officials. So Kosovo has a stronger case than Bosnia against Serbia. Not sure it qualifies as genocide, but war crimes were committed nonetheless by the state of Serbia. This is another reason Serbia is fighting Kosovo's statehood.

Would be so nice to see Srbija totally bonded with Dear Mother Russia, would be so nice to watch Czar Vlade remove the burden of those heavy chains of demonic domination from all our Serbian necks !!!

Serbs commited genocide in Croatia,Bosnia[rape camps] and Kosova. Serbs will get sued and pay for the crimes against humanity they committed in Kosovo. Its just no way around. You can go and brag about it, the crimes committed by serbs in name of God happened and Serbs are and will pay for those crimes. Justice will be served. There is no way out of it.

There is no KLA today in South Serbia and yet serbs (as well as Albanians)leave the area. Serbs that evacuated Kosovo when the Yugoslav Army withdrew from Kosovo where involved in crimes against their Albanian neighbours and were afraid of revenge. We all saw in TV serbs looting the houses of their neighbours after the Yugoslav Army stripped them of everything they own including ID cards. When the situation turned around Serbs left hiding behind the army.

That's not even expelling, let alone genocide. But hey, playing the victims card is a Serbian specialty.

Serbia has to stop trying to get into EU and start becoming master of it's own destiny. EU is going to be a disaster for Serbia if Serbia ever gets in. Countries already there are suffering from foreign dictatorship and are being threatened with expulsion unless they take in all those invaders pretending to be refugees. Poland and Hungary are being threatened with expulsion if they don't do as they are told and here is Serbia dying to get in. Once in the bond with Russia will be forbidden.

Unlike Bosnia's case, where Serbia can hide behind "it was not Serbia, it was Bosnian Serbs", in Kosovo there was direct involvement of the state of Serbia in the crimes committed there. As has been confirmed by the Hague convictions of many high level Serbian state officials. So Kosovo has a stronger case than Bosnia against Serbia. Not sure it qualifies as genocide, but war crimes were committed nonetheless by the state of Serbia. This is another reason Serbia is fighting Kosovo's statehood.

There is no KLA today in South Serbia and yet serbs (as well as Albanians)leave the area. Serbs that evacuated Kosovo when the Yugoslav Army withdrew from Kosovo where involved in crimes against their Albanian neighbours and were afraid of revenge. We all saw in TV serbs looting the houses of their neighbours after the Yugoslav Army stripped them of everything they own including ID cards. When the situation turned around Serbs left hiding behind the army.

Well, nobody has appointed a certain "Amnesty Yugoslavia" to issue judgements for the court. So a reference is still needed to the court's judgement (not "Amnesty Yugoslavia"'s) which states that Milosevic's case was more persuasive than prosecution's case
