He's not saying Serbia is innocent but is trying to get away with murder on a technicality. Funny and dumb they truly are.

Kosovo (...)is a territory under UN's interim administration (per) (...) UNSC Resolution 1244
WRONG!!
Not once is the word "territory" used in UNSC 1244. Even if that was the case who cares? UNSC1244 is long dead, even UNMIK is irrelevant since almost every competency was transferred to the Government of Kosovo.
More importantly is WHY are you Serb politicians glued to your TV watching Kosovan debates/news? Don't you have something better to do like improve the lives and standards of the average Igor or Aleksander?
