Albanians have no shame. Comparing what happend in 1999 to real genocides like Jasenovac and Auschwitz. 10000 people died during the Kosovo conflict, 7500 albanians and 2500 serbs. Well Serbia didn't receive no Marshall Plan now did she? After WW1 Germany was poor as hell and stopped paying its debt from the war. After WW2 the winning side invested billions into the german economy and now you say Germany did it all by itself. No it didn't. What did Serbia get after the Nato bombings and after WW2? Well Serbia didn't receive no Marshall Plan now did she? After WW1 Germany was poor as hell and stopped paying its debt from the war. Well dumb dumb you have forgotten to mention Croatia which has, on paper anyway, GDP per capita (at PPP) for 2016 at $22,400 and is higher than Romania, Bulgaria or Serbia.
