Majority of Serbians wouldn't accept NATO's apology - poll

Serbs will never forgive NATO. We are not bootlickers like some of our neighbours.

Serbia, under the auspices of Milosevic, was dragged down, messed up and consequently earned pariah status.

Don't take the internal politics of Serbia too seriously in terms of international politics. The thinking is always overly defensive and driven by a kind of nationalistic paranoia.

Serbs should have more confidence in themselves and not be suckered by the usual despot's trick of persuading the population that the world is against them.

I want to see a positive Serbia, unencumbered by the weak minded politics of its recent past.

SERBS should ask for forgiveness to Croats,Albanians and Bosnians ,for all the genocide,rape,murder...and all the demonic acts that they brought to Balkans...

Majority of Serbians should be worried by this and open their eyes, because they might be bombed again.

I do not understand all of the reasons NATO (with my country leading the way) chose to bomb Serbia instead of negotiations. I do not understand why Western policies favored independence of some countries but not others. I do not understand why Dayton gave Bosnia a government that is more complex than any other in the world, yet nothing similar was the policy of western governments for Kosovo and Macedonia. The worst part of the Kosovo crisis happened after the bombing began. Though it certainly is true that Albanians were oppressed and killed, the refugee crisis following the bombing was worse than could have been imagined. What I do hope is that my country chooses negotiation, real diplomacy, and peaceful solutions instead of war. Please understand that ordinary people in America have nothing against Serbia.

And I wouldn't accept the Pope's hand in marriage either.

Serbia chose to keep with Russia and refused to allow NATO free access to Serbia so that the US could set up bases. The US sold the bombing to their population by demonising the Serbs.
Bosnia was a stalemate because the Serbs would accept nothing less than separation from Croats and Muslims. In their desperation to “keep Bosnia together” and since the other parts are economically unsustainable on their own as RS will join Serbia, out comes this dog’s breakfast called Dayton Plan, or a horse designed by a committee that ends up a camel.
Prior to the bombing the US with help from Thaci killed anyone that did not side with them including the 40 Albanian villagers that CIA agent William Walker claimed were killed by Serbs aka trigger for NATO campaign. Walker got his payoff by being made a director of a company constructing roads in Albania. Just look at it this way, the Albanians who died from NATO bombs died for democracy much like we read today how US bombs killed 200 people in one area of Mosul or 19 medical staff/patients killed in bombing of a hospital in Afghanistan.
The US will never choose diplomacy over war. It’s needs to keep the war complexes going and making the few rich even richer. The average American has been dumbed down to believe anything.

Sure, and the refugee crisis also became worse after I had breakfast on 24 March 1999. The relevant point is what CAUSED the refugee crisis, and according to the UN, it was the actions of Serbia's forces that caused it. You are confusing correlation with causation, dear!
