Last point, the Budapest Memorandum has no standing in international law. It was an agreement between states that the West deliberately broke.
(Vieux Canard, 25 March 2017 22:20)

Oh, I see... In your parallel universe, it's this "West" which has annexed Crimea (thus violating Ukraine's territorial integrity), not Russia!

No. The West also agreed not to meddle in the Ukraine. Not only were their guarantees not held up, they actively intervened against Yanukovich. The USA via 'Fuck the EU' Victoria Nuland & Brussels playing a significant part while pretending to be neutral. They put massive pressure on Yanukovich to accept the DCFTA that would have devastated the Ukranian economy (wtf do they make that the EU would buy?), and whole bunch of EU & US official paraded themselves in Kiev along with western politicians in favor of the Maidanites, handing out cookes (Nuland) while they were making molotov cocktails.

Ukrainian neo-nazis were the ones who started shooting police. The West turned a blind eye while they media reported it was the police firing on demonstrators.

How many western sponsored color revolutions do people need to see? Ah, I get it, the West is exceptional. They don't need to follow even their own rules because they are right.

Seriously should we take Russia's word for it that when the time is right Mladic will be returned to the Hague to face justice. Why some of us are skeptical is because Russia could still be "buddy buddy" to Serbia just like China is so that's why it be no surprise that if Mladic arrives to Russia for medical treatment that he may escape justice and live freely in that country.

If we recall these same voices condemned Vojislav Seselj and he was totally exonerated.
(AV, 22 March 2017 03:04)

No, dear, Vojislav Seselj was not TOTALLY exonerated. He was convicted to a total of almost 5 years in prison on some of the charges and was acquitted on the remaining charges. So he was partially, not totally, exonerated.

Russian guarantees are worth nothing. Remember how Russia guaranteed the territorial integrity of Ukraine in exchange for Ukraine giving up its nuclear weapons? How those guarantees are working out with Crimea?

The Rocky mountain man is quite right he should be receive his medical treatment in Sarajevo. It's only fair that those who caused his illness should have the expense of making him well again.

Just more of the usual dirty tricks from Moscow, compliments of our friends and Comrades at b-92. Instead of Mladic, why not just exhume the remains of Slobo and hold them in deep freeze in Siberia? Now that's a progressive idea...
(roberto, 21 March 2017 16:36)

How about exhuming the remains of John Holmes, freezing them, and then you sit on them
to thaw them out??

The usual plethora of anti-Serbian sentiment adorns this particular subject as was to be expected and naturally,as usual, the verdict has been predicted by these "neutral" observers even before the trial began. If we recall these same voices condemned Vojislav Seselj and he was totally exonerated.Mladic should be allowed to have medical treatment anywhere he likes if he needs it as,can we remind these pedlars of kangaroo-style justice that, the man is innocent till proven otherwise.

oh its our favorite unbiased pundit roberto, writing from his cozy home on land that was taken by force from the native american's and then from the mexicans. he's happy to live in land that was purged of the people who were there before his people, but doesn't seem to care much.
your whole country was stolen by genocide, and you and your country want to tell others how to behave. america is currently living under a regime that is being accused of foul-play during its election, perhaps roberto, b92, sjw should focus on the injustices that have allowed him to live in the beautiful bay before he points his dirty fingers through his broken glass ceiling

Russia guarantees that Mladic will go play cards with Mirjana Markovic and her mafioso son as soon as he gets there, and will never give him back. And those two are wanted by none other than "brotherly" Serbia, imagine what it would be like for lesser friends like the ICTY.

Maybe he should be sent to Sarajevo just like Harajdinaj to Serbia? Why not if you want A then need B as well?

However he should get treatment in Nederlands great facilities, and keep going to court so that he gets his judgment as if he dies we will here well he was not convicted - like you say about Milosevic. Think if today someone in Germany said same well no one sent Hitler to court so he is innocent is he?

Croatian WW2 Generals never went to court but Serbian suffering still was the same so its time to keep him there.

I Quote -

"I think despite his wrongdoings, he should get medical attention so the trial can be brought to an end.
I also think that Russians are not to be trusted, as he would not be the first criminal to be hidden by them.
(Vojvodina, 21 March 2017 10:11" End of Quote.

Comment - And what do you know about what you call - "His Wrongdoings" - ?.

The Answer are surely - Absolutely Nothing.

As from Vojvodina you seem as you are not a Serb,
therefore your animosity against Russia ?.
