It's good that regional heads of governments will adopt another declaration at the W. Balkans summit, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said on Thursday.

You would be hard-pressed Niko to find a Serb in Kosovo who considers this interloper Mustafa to be their Prime Minister. The name Vucic would certainly pass their lips in answer to that conundrum.As for PM Vucic's knowledge of the stars he certainly has not chosen to deny the existence of the Sun. He knows full well that it exists within the Serbian galaxy, and as with all galaxies it has been there for a very long time.

Whether you consider Kosovo part of Serbia or Albania and Kosovo consider it independent, the common ground is that is a STATE. It is represented by its own prime minister. You weren't in Sarajevo to speak as representative of Serbians, Kosovo Serbs and Kosovo Albanians. You were there as representative of Serbia. Kosovo Serbs and Kosovo Albanians were represented by mr. Mustafa. You like it or not, that's the reality on the ground.
You can chose not to recognize the existence of the Sun, that's your right. Just don't complain to others that in the morning a bright spot in the sky blinded you when you looked at it and its is illegal for the Sun to shine.

Or PM of Republic Serbska?
So why Kosovo is allowed to have PM in these meeting?
