According to us, Kosova owns legally and legitimately all the public property located in Kosova. To us the legality of ownership is clear. We also control the property. There's nothing for us to take to court. You are the ones contesting it. And the fact that Serbia is not taking it to court, means simply that Serbia knows too, that it has no case.
If it is an open and shut case as you say, then take it to court yourself. Clearly it is not a 10 minute court case as you say because Pristina would have already done so. Instead you are using a method that can easily be painted as seizure of property from the property holder. You are fooling your population. As for Kosovo's autonomy. Yes, it was autonomous, but that autonomy was revoked by Yugoslavia as well. That said, I don't see what one has to do with the other? According to us, Kosova owns legally and legitimately all the public property located in Kosova. To us the legality of ownership is clear. We also control the property.
