The European Union fully shares <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics.php?yyyy=2017&mm=03&dd=08&nav_id=100719" class="text-link" target= "_blank">the stand of NATO</a> and the US about the transformation of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) into armed forces.

UNSC1244 Kosovo is in fact part of Serbia.Under UNSC1244 Serbia has the right to send 1000plus police into Kosovo to protect its people and land against Albanians who support ISIS.Kosovo can't do anything without Serbia recognition.

The wind has shifted dirrrctions. Pristina has been told by NATO that all communications must be with Belgrade on any changes. Very Interesting.....and more to come, all in favor of Serbia the only country in the balkans with the resources and connections for stability to handle the big crash hats coming......if I was Albanian, I would really start considering which group I'm politically aligned with.

Kosova is independent, so it can decide for it self how to form its own army.
