This kind of thing acts as a strong indication that corrupt gangs are at work. Therefore there need to be more articles on the topic and more police action against the criminals.

Just like the OSCE monitors elections in some places, there needs to be more monitoring of the policing services that fight corruption. I'm sure the EU could and should help set up such an organisation.

Albania, danger zone. Stay away. There needs to be a fence put up all around Albania. Should have been done as soon as it was made into a country. Then we wouldn't have seen all the problems in Kosovo and Macedonia and Montenegro.
