NATO has "serious concerns" regarding "Kosovo army" plans

Well that a first! Open criticism of the No.1 Traffiking Lord of the Balkans.

The only reason they would be so open is that they are worried. As I've said before, however pro-Albanian whatever the west is, they do not want to have to a) send military forces back to the Balkans; b) put their hands in their pockets again to pay for the mess their rats have made. The second point is especially important - the West really gets p'd off when they are expected to make handouts, even for their long term rats.

So he is saying that with a constitutional change NATO will be happy??? What a hypocrite. By the way, don't expect the situation in Serbia's southern province to be reported in the western media... I monitor official media sources from London, Paris, Washington, Brussels and Berlin on a daily basis and very rarely find anything concerning events in Kosovo. The average person on the street in the EU countries or the USA has no idea what is going on because the governments of these countries do not want their reckless handling of the Kosovo situation to be known. They made a big mistake allowing the situation in Kosovo to escalate to Albanian occupation and they know it.

I wonder if NATO has ever said to an "independent country" that they can't act unilaterally and to remain in close contact with the capital of another independent country? And one day they will relinquish control over the province to its rightful owners-the Republic of Serbia.

Well if Serbia can have an army that committed war crimes during the wars of former Yugoslavia, keep in mind Serbia's chief of army (Ljubiša Diković) is accused of war crimes in Kosovo, I believe Kosovo can create it's army, too. Not forgetting that Serbian army even today threatens Balkan peace.

Last time the Albanians had an Army in Kosovo they called it the KLA... this Army was in fact a terrorist group, killing innocent Serb children...
If Kosovo was to make another army, the same people which formed the KLA terrorist group would join the newly formed army of Kosovo...
Basically the Kosovo army would be a new KLA as would be under the control of former KLA members...
In the interests of peace and counter-terrorism, the world should not allow Kosovo Albanians to have an army... The Albanians have proved they are strongly affiliated with ISIS, they are majority Muslim and they destroy Christian churches... who in their right mind would allow these albanians to form an army after clearly being anti-Christian and pro-ISIS...

Will NATO troops leave Kosovo? Doubtful.

You serbs are being goated with this pre-election BS. Serbia's army numbers forty to fifty thousand (50,000) whereas the Armed Forces of Kosovo will be around five thousand (5,000) with NO heavy equipment (tanks, choppers, planes, etc).

I'm proud of Thaci and the Kosovo government. Enough of these games in Brussels. All these talks have benefited Serbia more than Kosovo, even though Kosovo is supposed to be the Western ally. What's the use of us being the good obedient guys?
Stop talking to Serbia and create the army. Serbia needs to be slapped back into reality and stop interfering in Kosovo. Kosovo needs to act as an independent country and make its own decisions about its own territory. Our own safety comes first and our NATO friends will understand.

They are worried about how Kosovo would respond to provocations from Serbia if it had an army. Things like the train "full of students" that Nikolic and Djuric sent a few weeks back. On one hand, Thaci may have made a political mistake by pushing for it, on the other it is good to push some buttons that are not supposed to be pushed.
Just the act of showing some teeth is helpful even though that turns into a smile later.
