Vucic expects help from EU, US, Russia on Kosovo army issue

Kosova as independent country by international law has a right to defend its border from country of yours Serbia Mr Vucicu non-stop countless attacks without any shame at all!

I see this as smart ploy, they say they want to create an Army for defence.
When NATO says no they ask for NATO troops to protect them.
Then NATO has to say Yes.
