That's not a rad question. We can just look at experience of other ex-Yugoslavian republics that were reunited with their part that tried to breakaway, and do the same.
Just look at Croatia, to name the one.

#2 If Kosovo is yours also Hungarians want Vojvodina. In 1389 which Serbs love to go back under whose control was Vojvodina?
Hungarian state was severely shaken when the dynasty of Luxenburg came to throne ending the reign of the dynasty of Anjou in 1387. Soon afterwards a new peril came into existance - the Turks, who sent their army to the North after the battle of Kosovo (1389), raided Srem and Banat. Only when the Serbian despot Stefan Lazarevic became dependant on the Hungarian king Zigmond, who, in return, gave Stefan Lazarevic the government of Belgrade and Macva, were Srem and Banat protected from the Turk raids for a short while by a belt which presented the Serbian protectorate.
So be careful with what you wish and how you make claims, just make sure you use the same stick for measuring.
Vojvodina today is 90% Serbs, Kosovo today is 92% Albanian you see the pattern here! If we are turning the world back to 1389 means Beograd might also be Hungarian....!
So lets move back to 2017 and try to understand each other.
Any talk is better than gunfire. The Balkans maps have changed so many times i bet you many Serbs have some Albanian blood and many Albanians have Serbian blood. Some people you could not even tell apart. It only takes one generation from both sides to unite and bury the past. It won't be these war drum banging idiots leading the way today but i hope the next generation does.
Interim institutions? Self proclaimed government? Maybe the website should be BS92 instead of B because everything what isbwritten on this article is BS. Kosova has legal institutions. Legal government. Whether you like it or not,never ever again will you have control over our country. Beware of your own cuntry since i assume russia will take control over you and you will loose your own identity if you have one at all. Just get the hell out from the balkans you bloody serbs. Nobody and really nobody of our neighbours like you.
