Please do me a favor as it's a very good word for a Russian ear. We have two words of the kind: МУЖИК + МУЖЧИНА but absolute majority wold prefer МУЖИК as it's more of a masculine. So I don't mind the complement no matter how you use it in your language.
On the other hand I find it most complementary to use word Shqiptar. There's no offence or a provocation here. At least this is how you call one another. And of course I desperately fail to call you Russians (Albanians) because you are not. Besides there are too many versions of your identifications:
1. Eagles
2. Clear speaking
3. Whites
4. Arber
Funny to tell it to you but my historical opuses explain this personality split of yours better than you hope. But nobody cares the truth. Everybody got used to his fairy tale or his fairy tail ...
In a way all 4 above versions can be explained with your hordian past if you care. But if your only protest is to be called Shqiptare instead of Shqiptar you have the deal - be it so I'll add the missiong letter. I thought it was the same.

The current Serbian government is innocent of what happened in 1999. They have done great work reigning in war criminals and pursuing peaceful European path. The area that Serbia has not figured out yet is reconciliation. Ordinary person-to-person dialog is hampered by many factors. Beograd and Prishtina should tell the great powers (EU, USA, Russia) to stop meddling. Both sides should put down their guns and set ground rules for talking. Ordinary people need to talk to ordinary people.
@ the truth - Finlly someone with the guts to say it publically. The Albs & Srbs MUST negotiate terms that will leave both sides unhappy, yet satisfied enough to move forward. There is NO OTHER WAY!!!! I think the most inportant factor to remember for the Albanians, something the Srbs have already found out: If the West owns you, They WILL sell you. If the West doesn't own you, They WILL buy you. Better to hammer something out, which way works,then to have somebody else shove it down your throat. This, I say, in the most honest way for both, Albs & Srbs.

It doesn't matter if it is Kosovo or Palestine, successive American governments have condoned oppression, illegality and subjugation in the name of "freedom".
