Of course, this comes from people who also justify the stoning of buses carrying Serb children and displaced residents because they can't tell the difference between a military commanders and a civilian. I guess by that inability of perception, Haradinaj is simply acting like any ordinary Albanian from Kosovo would. These people would defend the worst of their worst simply because he's Albanian - no different from the worst Serb 20 years ago defending Mladic simply because he was a Serb.

Throw this rotten monster in jail, maybe a good African jail far away. So many crimes these Albanians did and many went scot-free. and so many of those crimes were made to look like it was Serbian crime when in fact most crime in Kosovo was done by terrorist Albanians - the biased media at the time they purposely did no show the documented script after script of horrific crime done by Albanians in Kossovo villages.

One small problem, though ... you do realize that Albanians in Kosova have large families, and in a small place like Kosova, people know and keep track of their kin, to a second, third, fourth relation, at the least. So for every guest in that wedding party, there must have been at least 100 cousins that were not there. So this all happened, in a society like Kosova of all places (where blood feuds have started for much less) and not a peep we've heard on this story in 18 years? yeah, right, give me a break.

J. If Haradinaj is not prosecuted in Kosova for the crimes he committed against other albanians and serbs, I dont give a damn if he is extradited and condemned in Serbia or by the Special Court. I would like to see serb criminals prosecuted and condemned in Serbia and I would like to see albanian criminals being prosecuted in Kosova, condemned by their own people, guilty for the murder of our own people first off and then of course for the murder of Serbs. In 9 years Serbia did not find a single one Serbian woman to testify that she was “touched” by Albanians of UCK soldiers. That honor our guys!
Of course there were criminals, but the soldiers did not touch a single woman for this Serbia do not have a single Serbian women to testify on that.
And now, Serbia is telling that Albanians “touched” Albanian girls ? Of, course for this Albanian people in every village helped these guys, feed them, sheltered them and protected these guys with their own life. Of course Serbia care about Albanian women more that their own.

OK, even if Haradinaj did commit the crimes he's accused of, doesn't change the fact that Kosova is independent, will be independent and there's not a single damn thing the serbs can do to change that.
It's a done deal. Has Serbia ever accused any of their own for war crimes? When will Serbia apologize to Kosova for it's war crimes, ethnic cleansing and genocide? When are they going to apologize to Albania for shelling it's border and the villages there? I don't think they ever will. But who cares. We have moved on and so is the rest of the Balkans. Skenderbeu you can't jail someone because Serbia is yearning to equalize its own crimes. Serbia given its past should not be allowed to accuse anybody of the Albanian ethnicity in a court of law regarding the Kosova war. Especially since it has never asked forgiveness to the Albanians. Albanians shouldn't either, until things are not totally normalized. As of now you have two parties seeking revenge. It's why the international courts should have the mandate for another 20-25 years.
Now when it comes to corruption charges, Serbia has nothing to do here. That is an issue for the Albanian society to solve. If Serbia can't jail fake diploma Nikolic for his houses, they have no authority to accuse anybody for corruption.
To the Serbs cheering this on. Know that your own people in Kosova are next. You have turned this into a revenge fest. Only an international court system can remove the stench of revenge when it comes to crimes during the war. If they find him guilty, fine. But if he's extradited in Serbia, know that you have just caused huge headaches for your people in Kosova. Majority of Albanians perceives this as revenge hunting. That is not a good thing for your people. The instinct is to take revenge back. Guess who will feel that pressure? This is not about him as a person. @ J 1) Cannot find any link now but 2-3 months ago I watched an interview of an albanian judge or prosecutor in Prishtina. A real profesionist this man said that yes horrible crimes have been admitted during the war against serbs and our courts have failed to prosecute them thats why the internationals as we call them are founding the Special Court 2) I've read in albanian newspapers of kosovars suing serb officials for crimes during the war in SERBIAN courts which found those guilty. The only problem was the reparations and damages since no much money were awarded but thats because of the financial situation 3) I've read recently on B92 about serb courts starting processes against serb military and high officials about crimes in Srebenica despite all the processes in Hague against Mladic Karaxhic & Co

Serbia has 18 years beginning from 1999 and 9 year beginning from Kosovo independence to find at "least" one Serbian woman to testify on that. But she did not find NONE.
Some Serb should have a really big sexual fantasia claiming that Albanians soldiers went in one Albanian wedding and do that. If they tell that it was a Serbian wedding it must be a little credible.
Serbia is just taking time. She is preparing something and she need Haradinaj out of Kosovo for the moment.

You can say the same about Kosova not condemning our own who committed these crimes. As you beautifully say, both of these places show that their court systems have failed and that humanity in these societies has failed to deliver justice and truth. It is precisely because they are such failures that no Serb or Albanian should even go near prosecuting the war crimes. This is bigger than Haradinaj. This is about ensuring the court decisions do not perpetuate hate, and guarantee a future war. Now sending Haradinaj from one failed system to the other one may bring you some satisfaction. What it doesn't bring is justice. Serb mass murderers remain free and you expect fairness from a failed system towards an Albanian inductee? A third party is necessary.

You cannot expect justice on an Albanian from a country that has not arrested anybody for mass graves under multistorey buildings in Serbia. They haven't arrested anyone for the Albanian bodies floating in the Danube. If they don't seek justice for the Albanian victims we have all seen, what makes you think they are really seeking justice on an Albanian they accuse. The same goes for the Albanians, not seeking justice for the Serb victims. Internationals should be the prosecutors and the judges on all Kosova war cases to remove any hint of bias that Serbs or Albanians have towards helping their own. Hague 2 should be formed.

You made a good comment but don't be pessimistic. Of course people like Haradianai and the Snake are not worth dying for. I remember KLA killing the Shqiptars as severely as if they were Serbian policemen. Then they exposed their dead bodies to the western TV channels to blame the Serbs. Either we add new fuel to the fire or we stop sewing hatred at least. Then the other side can also make a step forward. Still I believe that only Russia can tribute to the reconciliation process. The way we do it in Syria now.

@J I dont know if courts in Serbia have prosecuted any of the Serb criminals. I dont know if they roam free or if they roam hiding, if they have died of cancer or if they took another passport and have already fled Serbia. We dont have that info and in theory nobody can stop brave albanian journalists from interviewing say the Chief Prosecutor for war crimes in Belgrade on these issues. Nobody does it nobody ever thought it is still possible to ask information. I've been thinking on what you wrote and I think one of the biggest problems might be the fact that Milloshevic refused to send additional forces of regular army in Kosova. He thought he could solve things with some group of paramilitaries and as we know paramilitaries dont even exist in legal papers so one of the major difficulties could be to identify those who were part of the groups who fought in Kosova. One thing is for sure, if these paramilitaries are hiding to protect their heads, our Ramushs are politicians of the highest caliber. They enjoy pensions of war, part time throw bombs in parliament and full time extort people and businesses. And most importantly they are Europe youngest europeans role model.

Another remark I think states should never give up their duty and right to prosecute. Its bigger than Haradinaj, its about being sovereign, being a STATE. Only protectorates expect other to deliver justice, serious states reform the judicial system and make it work properly. In order to make it work properly one should cut the ties with the politicians which are those who corrupt the judiciary and not the other way around. In order for it work properly, only judges and prosecutors can propose reforms and then implement them as they are the only qualifies persons who know what are the defects of the system. It cannot be done by international courts, international judges and it cannot be done by foreign ambassadors.

What you say is true but the reality is like this: Those in charge in Serbia are all Milosevic's right hand men. Those in Kosova are all former fighters. Neither of these groups are going to jail people that were in uniform and under their orders, or their friends. The last 20 years are a clear example of this. Unless you want to see the scum of the earth ( Serb, or Albanian) die of old age unscathed of their crimes, the best chance there is, is a third part. Letting either of these failed justice systems prosecute people of the other ethnicity is a guarantee for accelerating the next war. These societies provide anything but truth or justice even 20 years later. Revenge is not justice,instead it's more injustice.

Those strange deaths of 6 our diplomats in Januar-February may be part of the war that the West conducts against me and my people. It's a total war on all possible fronts. Another remark I think states should never give up their duty and right to prosecute criminals. Its bigger than Haradinaj, its about being sovereign, being a STATE. Only protectorates expect other to deliver justice, serious states reform the judicial system and make it work properly. In order to make it work properly one should cut the ties with the politicians which are those who corrupt the judiciary and not the other way around. In order for it work properly, only judges and prosecutors can propose reforms and then implement them as they are the only qualifies persons who know what are the defects of the system. Ambassador Churkin's death was beautiful, but not so lucky was Sergei Krivov, who was the head of security in the Ru consulate in NY, and died one day after the US elections. His head was allegedly smashed with a door, although officially he also died of a heart attack.

But even that was beautiful if you were to compare it with the death of another diplomat, Petr Polshikov, who was shot dead in his apartment in Moscow, in December.

Oleg Erovinkin, a KGB general, on the other hand, was found dead in the trunk of his car, of natural causes - heart attack again. It makes you wonder if whoever comes up with the cause of death, doesn't know of any other disease than the heart attack. It is rumored that Erovinkin, had leaked the kompromat Russia has on Trump to the western agents.

To make matters worse, Andrei Malanin, the Russian consul in Athens, also died of "heart attack" in January in the bathroom of his apartment.

Alexander Kadakin, the Russian ambassador to India - yep - heart attack in January.

Alex Oronov, who was apparently working for the Russian govt in a semi-official role, had a heart attack after Gen. Flynn was fired as Natl Sec Adviser of POTUS, Trump. Oronov was involved with a group that was pushing a "peace plan" that would have US recognize Crimea for Russia, but that had received too much notoriety in the press, and as such had become too much of a liability for Russians.

Propaganda is a strange thing. I'm not sure if Serbs learned that from Nazis or they learned it from Serbs. Serbia is accusing Haradinaj to have done something that thousands of Serbia soldiers did all-over former Yugoslavia, and today walk freely all-over Serbia.

Serbia is only using technical procedures of interpol to expand his arrest. Even if it was true what he is being accused of. France cannot extradit a citizens of Kosovo to Serbia for crimes commited in Kosovo.

He would have to stand trial in Kosovo or Hague anyway. 0% chances of him being extradited to Serbia.

Haradinaj is a hero and he will be back in Kosovo soon.

If there is just one small hint of suspicion that any one claim is true, then he must be extradited and stand trial. Any other decision makes France an accomplice to the crimes and France can be rightly accused of assisting suspected murderers and terrorists.

Serbia has 18 years beginning from 1999 and 9 year beginning from Kosovo independence to find at "least" one Serbian woman to testify on that. But she did not find NONE.

It's a done deal. Has Serbia ever accused any of their own for war crimes? When will Serbia apologize to Kosova for it's war crimes, ethnic cleansing and genocide? Skenderbeu you can't jail someone because Serbia is yearning to equalize its own crimes. Serbia given its past should not be allowed to accuse anybody of the Albanian ethnicity in a court of law regarding the Kosova war. Especially since it has never asked forgiveness to the Albanians. Albanians shouldn't either, until things are not totally normalized. As of now you have two parties seeking revenge. It's why the international courts should have the mandate for another 20-25 years.
Now when it comes to corruption charges, Serbia has nothing to do here. That is an issue for the Albanian society to solve. If Serbia can't jail fake diploma Nikolic for his houses, they have no authority to accuse anybody for corruption.
To the Serbs cheering this on. Know that your own people in Kosova are next. You have turned this into a revenge fest. Only an international court system can remove the stench of revenge when it comes to crimes during the war. If they find him guilty, fine. But if he's extradited in Serbia, know that you have just caused huge headaches for your people in Kosova. Majority of Albanians perceives this as revenge hunting. Say Im the comander in charge for a certain area during the war and a number of serbs and albanians are killed and tortured in that same area. They haven't arrested anyone for the Albanian bodies floating in the Danube. If they don't seek justice for the Albanian victims we have all seen, what makes you think they are really seeking justice on an Albanian they accuse. You can say the same about Kosova not condemning our own who committed these crimes. This is about ensuring the court decisions do not perpetuate hate, and guarantee a future war. Now sending Haradinaj from one failed system to the other one may bring you some satisfaction. What it doesn't bring is justice. Serb mass murderers remain free and you expect fairness from a failed system towards an Albanian inductee? A third party is necessary.

You made a good comment but don't be pessimistic. Of course people like Haradianai and the Snake are not worth dying for. I remember KLA killing the Shqiptars as severely as if they were Serbian policemen. Then they exposed their dead bodies to the western TV channels to blame the Serbs. Russia had correspondents in all Yugoslavian conflicts so we had independent sources of information. I don't say that Serbs behaved like Mother Theresa but we have to do something about it all now. Either we add new fuel to the fire or we stop sewing hatred at least. If those to support Haradinai ask themselves what have they gained of his activity and at what price they will have to admit that he does not worth of glorification. Then the other side can also make a step forward. Still I believe that only Russia can tribute to the reconciliation process. The way we do it in Syria now.

@J 4) I read ALBANIAN newspapers from Kosova and all I read is that Komandant Selimi accuses Komandant Petriti or Komandant Sokoli for preparing ambushes in which their vicekomandants and friends died. So far I've understood that Thaci and his men in UCK fought more against Rugova's men then the serb military if they ever did a decent battle. 5) Say Im the comander in charge for a certain area during the war and a number of serbs and albanians are killed and tortured in that same area. I am responsible for those killings as Mladic & co are for what happened in their area even though nobody ever recorded Mladic or me killing anybody in person. 6) Now repeating like a parrot that Serbia is trying to equalize her own crimes will not save Kosova as long as Haradinaj & co not only are not prosecuted but are top politicians in Kosova and they can afford to do anything they want in Kosova. Only protectorates expect other to deliver justice, serious states reform the judicial system and make it work properly. In order to make it work properly one should cut the ties with the politicians which are those who corrupt the judiciary and not the other way around. In order for it work properly, only judges and prosecutors can propose reforms and then implement them as they are the only qualifies persons who know what are the defects of the system. It cannot be done by international courts, international judges and it cannot be done by foreign ambassadors. Look J. Of course, but only if he were to be found guilty of the alleged "unbelievable cruelness", which has not happened! That is because in the US there are procedures in place to make it very difficult for somebody to be fried just because a certain "Staff" alleges something.

@ J 1) Cannot find any link now but 2-3 months ago I watched an interview of an albanian judge or prosecutor in Prishtina. A real profesionist this man said that yes horrible crimes have been admitted during the war against serbs and our courts have failed to prosecute them thats why the internationals as we call them are founding the Special Court 2) I've read in albanian newspapers of kosovars suing serb officials for crimes during the war in SERBIAN courts which found those guilty. The only problem was the reparations and damages since no much money were awarded but thats because of the financial situation 3) I've read recently on B92 about serb courts starting processes against serb military and high officials about crimes in Srebenica despite all the processes in Hague against Mladic Karaxhic & Co

What you say is true but the reality is like this: Those in charge in Serbia are all Milosevic's right hand men. Those in Kosova are all former fighters. Neither of these groups are going to jail people that were in uniform and under their orders, or their friends. The last 20 years are a clear example of this. Unless you want to see the scum of the earth ( Serb, or Albanian) die of old age unscathed of their crimes, the best chance there is, is a third part. Letting either of these failed justice systems prosecute people of the other ethnicity is a guarantee for accelerating the next war. These societies provide anything but truth or justice even 20 years later. Revenge is not justice,instead it's more injustice.

Out of all of the predictable trolling from the usual suspects here, "J" is the only one with at least the decency to be objective in his mutual disgust for Serbs and Albanians like Haradinaj:

@J I dont know if courts in Serbia have prosecuted any of the Serb criminals. I dont know if they roam free or if they roam hiding, if they have died of cancer or if they took another passport and have already fled Serbia. We dont have that info and in theory nobody can stop brave albanian journalists from interviewing say the Chief Prosecutor for war crimes in Belgrade on these issues. Nobody does it nobody ever thought it is still possible to ask information. I've been thinking on what you wrote and I think one of the biggest problems might be the fact that Milloshevic refused to send additional forces of regular army in Kosova. He thought he could solve things with some group of paramilitaries and as we know paramilitaries dont even exist in legal papers so one of the major difficulties could be to identify those who were part of the groups who fought in Kosova. One thing is for sure, if these paramilitaries are hiding to protect their heads, our Ramushs are politicians of the highest caliber. They enjoy pensions of war, part time throw bombs in parliament and full time extort people and businesses. And most importantly they are Europe youngest europeans role model.

Ambassador Churkin's death was beautiful, but not so lucky was Sergei Krivov, who was the head of security in the Ru consulate in NY, and died one day after the US elections. His head was allegedly smashed with a door, although officially he also died of a heart attack.

But even that was beautiful if you were to compare it with the death of another diplomat, Petr Polshikov, who was shot dead in his apartment in Moscow, in December.

Oleg Erovinkin, a KGB general, on the other hand, was found dead in the trunk of his car, of natural causes - heart attack again. It makes you wonder if whoever comes up with the cause of death, doesn't know of any other disease than the heart attack. It is rumored that Erovinkin, had leaked the kompromat Russia has on Trump to the western agents.

To make matters worse, Andrei Malanin, the Russian consul in Athens, also died of "heart attack" in January in the bathroom of his apartment.

Alexander Kadakin, the Russian ambassador to India - yep - heart attack in January.

Alex Oronov, who was apparently working for the Russian govt in a semi-official role, had a heart attack after Gen. Flynn was fired as Natl Sec Adviser of POTUS, Trump. Oronov was involved with a group that was pushing a "peace plan" that would have US recognize Crimea for Russia, but that had received too much notoriety in the press, and as such had become too much of a liability for Russians.

Those strange deaths of 6 our diplomats in Januar-February may be part of the war that the West conducts against me and my people. It's a total war on all possible fronts. Yesterday a 23 years old sergant was killed by a sniper in Syria.

You must be aware that the Russian Colonel General Kartapolov is the head commander in Syria. He is at the helm of all the land operations and the air strikes. Our Syrian, Hesbollah, Shjia, Persian and Syrian brothers in arms all obey General Kartapolov. That's why we have Aleppo (Haleb) - ancient Russian city of Gleb and Parmira - ancient Russian Palma Mira.

So we're on the war path and it is natural for us though we love peace more than anybody else. See Putin's ratings reached 86,6% to understand how far we are going to follow him.
