The ICJ is [...] marred by bias and a lack of judicial quality
(sj, 21 February 2017 09:09)

That's impossible because, according to the CE of B92 forums sj http://www.b92.net/eng/comments.php?nav_id=99803#k470817, "icj has declared sj to be brilliant"!

Even though Russia and South Africa have not left ICJ, they must immediately do so in order for reality to match the teachings of the CE of B92 forums sj

What is not understood even the questionable judiciary that currently sits on these courts/tribunals, who have no idea of the true meaning of the word Genocide

Yes, I totally agree that it is truly regrettable that these courts and tribunals have not acquainted themselves with the teachings of the CE of B92 forums sj to learn the true meaning of the word Genocide!

If Bosnia couldnt pull it of what makes you think Albania and Croatia could? The reason some of our neighbours are so hostile towards Serbia, even if Serbia has done a lot to move on and improve relations, has to do with the situation in their own countries. Bad economy, corruption and crime! They have to shift the attention elswhere. As song as your countries are failed and bankruped Serbia will always be a target.

B92 you are still state run media. Hidding behind reports from Ranking and Beta, like you can't self report. Izetbegovic did not resume this trial, BOSNIA did. If you had an ounce of journalistic ethics you would know that State Attorney was appointed and approved by ALL in first trial, and only he can speak and file on behalf of the state. ICJ trial law requirements superseed Bosnian tri-member presidency, as all 3 agree to send Softica in front of ICJ in 2007. If Serbia did not do anything wrong, why the outrage? However if you are complicit... Serbia or Serb politicians, than outrage makes sense. Do your job, don't be a Serb puppet media like in 1992-1995.

The ICJ is much like all western-created institutions, marred by bias and a lack of judicial quality and that is why Russia and South Africa have left it while others are preparing to do so.
What is not understood even the questionable judiciary that currently sits on these courts/tribunals, who have no idea of the true meaning of the word Genocide, know only too well that if they should rule against Serbia it would open a Pandoras Box that their masters would not be happy with.
Not that these legal eagles would seek to protect Serbia, but its their masters that would then be open for legal proceedings for illegal actions in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Libya. The west killed more than 200,000 people in Iraq alone as a result of the illegal invasion based on finding that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction which we know was fabricated by the US.
Always remember one in all in, so don’t hold your breath waiting for any positive ruling.
And here I thought Izzy had a few brains LOL. He is as dumb as a rock. I also think that Izzy wants to create a situation that would call in NATO so he can rule alone. Here is the problem little Izzy, one only has to recall Turkey’s little venture with shooting down the Russian fighter jet and Turkey running to NATO for help. Angela Merkel’s response summed it up – she called him a lunatic and there was no way they would get involved.

If there is one thing the ICJ has made consistently clear regarding cases involving accusations of genocide, it is that they are not interested in hearing cases involving accusations of genocide. A waste of time and money for Bosnian officials, and an even bigger waste of time for Albanians who will no doubt follow suit in this act of folly and futilism

But we care. After being sued by Bosniaks, Croats and Albanians will do the same thing. You are going to pay for your crimes. We live in a world of moral and rules, since serbs can't behave like civilized people they must be punished like the savages they are. Karma is a b*tch eh?

Oh, the irony!

Daddy Izetbegovic started a civil war to forge the first islamic country in Europe and make Bosnian molsem 'proper' moslems.

Bunny Izetbegovic may well have just signed Bosnia's death warrant.

It is yet again another desperate attempt by the Izetbegovic clan to claim all of Bosnia as its own at the risk of its own final division. Bunny neither has the support of Bosnian Croats nor Serbs and he can't necessarily count on the EU & US to stop Serbia pulling the plug on its recognition of a unitary Bosnia.

What's the difference between this and Dodik? All Dodik's moves have been to maintain the status quo of the actual Dayton Agreement that respects the competences of the entities and has always been in response by EU/US/Sarajevo moves to 'reform' Dayton out of existence by strengthening the SDA's authority and centralize control of the state in their control, making Bosnian Serbs & Croats their minority pets, to be brought out for show to visitors to show how democratic Sarajevo is despite living off the Wahhabi Saudi teat.

Will the EU/US pressure Bunny to stop this nonsense? Maybe it depends on the reaction of the Serbs & Croats, but it is still quite a risk that could unravel the relative peace of the last 15 years. No-one wants to put their hands in their pockets again to throw money at Bosnia except the wahhabis. How dumb.

Flogging a dead horse

Instead of trying to improve the economy, create jobs, increase foreign investments and building better relations withing its communities and with its neighbor, Izetbegovic continues to waste time, money and create animosity by provoking Serbia with this pointless lawsuit just to win a few votes in his electorate!
No wonder that the Serbs and Croats are desperate to break apart from this artificial abomination!
