The land where Camp Bondsteel was built has been leased for 99 years by the U.S. When Kosova joins NATO, Bondsteel will become a NATO base manned by Albanians. btw, There is a NATO base in Tirana where I was previously stationed.

If you're really with US special forces, then please be honest with your future canon fodder. NATO membership means subjugating oneself to US command and being shipped to the Eastern front to fight Russians and Partisans similar to your ideological predecessor in WW2.
