Tillerson' message to Serbia prompts speculation

Why don't both America and Russia F-off out of Europe's own sphere of influence? Not your sphere, not your business.

There is nothing to read into this statement. Tillerson is woefully unprepared for his role, as he has no experience in diplomacy or government. Given what happened yesterday with Flynn, Trump's National Security Advisor, I doubt that changes with Russia (and by extension, Serbia) will be happening soon. If anything I wouldn't be surprised if Russia would be willing to exchange the influence they are exerting in the Balkans and former Soviet/Warsaw Pact EU Countries for Crimea recognition.

And by the way he congratulated Kosova on their 9th years of Independence 🇺🇸 🇽🇰

For God's sake, the man probably mistook Serbia for Siberia, which would explain why the EU wasn't mentioned. Don't read too much into an American government populated with clueless narcissists.

Why is their a need ,Crimea doesn't have to be recognised as a country .
Putin has something already ,why would he have to do a deal.
The deal was done way a go ,that is why it is part of Russia.
Russia and China ,can not be punished ,and are economically strong to resist. USA is penny less.

And why would he make any mention?

After 27 years, American foreign policy will finally be set correct -- and deal with issues of true significance to Americans.

There is no vital interest in Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, etc. America never should have gotten involved to begin with.

The Clintonian policy of nation building has come to an end (25 years too late, but better late than never).
