I went to Albania as well as Kosovo but not as a tourist to either places, since I accompanied a friend and former work colleague who now works for the Commertzbank, who was there on official business to both places.

Commertzbank doing business in Albania and Kosovo? That's impossible because it is not consistent with the teachings of the CE of B92 forums sj that companies go for business to Serbia only lol

Google Arkan Sweden,

Maybe, you should Google on documentary about Racak before you write about it. Racak was stronghold of terrorists "kla". All those dead were military able men. William Walker of CIA could tell you what he was doing there. Btw, how Vukovar started? First victims were Serb civilians, Bosnia, first victims Serbs. No matter how Albos are strong we are much stronger.

Sven must have really hit your button. You mention Mihailo Mihailovic. This was mentally disturbed person who killed Lindh not a sane individual and your point is what? Just because of one person the Swedes hate all Serbs. Please stop playing with yourself.
It’s always the intellectually poor that come up with such ridiculous comments. I’ll try to answer it simply for you. The vast majority of people that fled from the former Yugo and are now there are Serbs from Bosnia and Croatia since they were ethnically cleansed from those regions mate. What did you expect them to say? Moldavia? Serbs have halls and churches in both Norway and Sweden and not one Serb was ever approached/accosted or property damaged by Swedes or Norwegians.
Now having said that lets look at Albanians. You may recall the Paris attack last year? The police pulled over a driver who was under surveillance and they found guns and ammunition in the boot. He was an Albanian from Kosovo, but like good little westerners the French did not want to destroy the myth of why the west went into Kosovo so it was swept under the carpet. However, you can’t keep good men under wraps for too long.
Last week in Austria the newspaper Kronen Zeitung ran an article where it said a tip was received that "a group of Albanian Islamic extremists" were planning an attack in Vienna between January 15 and January 30. Yes the

As another Scandinavian I can tell you Sven that you can look towards it for as long as you wish and you will never see that day come. There has never been anything other than Albanian phases in Kosovo and from what I can see so it will continue (with 95% of citizens being Albanians).

I visit Prishtina very often myself and I can only state the obvious that Serbs will return with their tail between their legs should they try anything with the Albanians. Albanians are much stronger today then in 1999 and Serbia doesn’t have access to all former YU weapons any more. No more Serbs killing babies, women and elderly, burning villages and stealing property. Have you mr “Scandinavian” ever googled Vukovar, Srebrenica or Racak massacres that Serbs committed? The whole world knows about it, educate yourself.

You’re just writing crap that has nothing to do with the topic. If you want to be balanced neutral “Svandinaian” why don’t you tell us what Serbs are known for in Scandinavia? Why don’t you tell us that they are the largest criminal and violent group in Sweden for instance? Why don’t you tell us about the Serb Mihailo Mihailovic who killed Sweden’s former foreign minister Ana Lindh in 2003? Why don’t you tell us that when you ask a Serb in Scandinavia where s/he is from s/he tells you s/he’s from Bosnia or Croatia, but is ashamed to tell s/he is a Serb?

ManFromMountains’ contribution to this topic is one of the wisest and most balanced I’ve seen for a while. Nobody should be removed from home, and those who were removed should be encouraged to return if that is their wish.

Personally I believe that this scenario has better chances to become true, when Kosovo remains part of Serbia. The Clintonesque experiment of ”independent” Kosovo seems to have failed at all important levels.

Furthermore, I have doubts about ”Brussels” being the best place to handle the question. Germany, whose influence in ”Brussels” is strong, have historically preferred a weak Balkans.

Thaçi is a puppet of your government. When he will have to answer to the special tribunal we albanians will all be holding a party. As for you serbs, you really tbink you will get back kosova? I do not think so. You are tired of wars because you lost every war. I also do not think the serbian people want any more wars. The time of reconciliation has come. Your government should appologize for the war crimes and pay the debt it owns us. As an individual i hope there will be a very small short war between kosova and serbia and the only one fighting will be the government. If they are dead on both sides then normalization of mutual understanding and mutual respect can begin. First as i mentioned the serbian government need to appologize then at the end everything will become normal again.

The primary stakeholders in this question are people who live within Kosovo's borders. The secondary stakeholders are people who were removed from Kosovo during the conflicts of the 1990s-2000s (for instance the Kosovo Serbs and Albanians who were unjustly removed from their land). Brussles should have Serb representation from Kosovo. Nikolic (from Kragujevac) and Vucic (from Beograd) may have a political stake and historical ties there, but they weren't born there, nor did they choose to live there. There are Serbs in Kosovo who are really suffering who need local representation at the table. Albanians from Presheva shouldn't have a place at the table and neither should Serbs from Beograd.

Why Serbia has activated two crisises when it should only wait for Trump and Russia start bargaining? Why it happened now is the only question that I'd like to know. I still remember how easily the USA let Vuvic replace Tadic and it makes me doubt. Strange but Dacic too became part of the campaign.

I don't care about selling Serbia by Russia as it is impossible apriori. It's outside of the Russian mentallity and in this case Putin may say farewell to his high ratings. Besides Russia is interested in lowering tense in the world while it all reminds me the last activities of the monkey administration.

(Albanian American, 24 January 2017 14:20)

Considering there is a daily train that runs from Kraljevo to K Mitrovica, considering ZSO is something the EU has been pressuring Thaci to accept, considering Trepca is still legally owned by Serbia, and considering you allowed Telekom Srbija to be your parent phone provider, I'd say your demands are as blank as the gun you're shooting into your foot. Albanians have a nasty - but comical - tendency to start throwing out all sorts of demands and expectations when they have no other cards to play. I don't know why, but perhaps it's to divert attention away from their poor bargaining power.

Yes, The Recognition of The Republic Of Kosova by Serbia! It is the only way forward so that peace democracy & stability can be insured long term & we all know this & have known this as early as the Turks were being driven out of Europe in the late 1800s, early 1900s!!!
Just look at history, Kosova has always been inhabited by a majority of Albanians & please don't try to give me the Sh.. with old manipulated Yugoslav census data sheets and percentile charts that were used for pleasing internal factors & propaganda purposes for external consumption! The reality is Kosovas Albanian population has always been & continues on a upward trajectory in terms of population growth!

However after long thoughts thruout the many days & nights I do see a path for Serbia reincorporating Kosova, however this would also have to incorporate all of ex-Yugoslavia's Albanians, from Kosova, Macedonia, southern Serbia & Montenegro then bring their territorys together and adjoin it to Serbia proper with a equally acceptable name, example "Republic of SERBOALBAN" Same rights, evenly distributed parliament members, a rotating presidency every 2-4 years and absolutely no discrimination punishable with prison terms!

Germany, whose influence in ”Brussels” is strong, have historically preferred a weak Balkans.

the once - in the former past - so proudly erectile monument of a foreign president today looks like somebody desperately shouting for a taxi.

I must congratulate you on the description. I was in Pristina last year and until now I did not know how to describe it, but you have drawn a brilliant picture and yes it does look like he is after a taxi.

Yes the

Well General, I wish you would pay attention to what I write because I have covered this before.
