What? the Chinese did not open the Bank in Zagreb? Surely they would have to know that Croatia's monthly average wage is over 700 Euros and it paid for Yugoslavia to be kept a float LOL.

I don't think the former US General and war criminal General Wesley Clark is the Chairmen of the Board anymore!!! He was defeated in the battlefield by Serbia and General Pavkovic and also in the Board room.

I doubt you have been in Serbia lately, if you had you would have seen the wide spread poverty. I was there recently and noticed even the Syrian immigrants were giving handouts to many of the poor and homeless local Serbs.

I spent 6 months in Serbia last year from March to October and traveled extensively in that country plus other European countries including Albania. I also went to Kosovo. Yes Serbia is poor but nothing like Albania or Kosovo. Can you imagine that great citadel they call Tirana the capital of Albania, well parts of it still does not have sewerage.

You very much described Albania becasue its road system is appalling and horse would do better than vehicles. Travelling in Serbia is safe, but no one advises tourists to travel through Albania on a self drive holiday and since the Albanians have their little blood feuds they do need sheriffs.
It pretty much a 19 century backwater.

Actually, you should check out the careers section, Kucova oil fields are looking for Albanian donkey herders to pull the carts of oil to the refinery. It would be a perfect job for a smart Albanian like you, the pay is about 8 Euros a day. The Chinese also have a great Flexible Albanian benefit plan based on the number of carts of oil a day the donkey and asses can pull.
