It must be a very slow day for news if this story is making the headlines. I used to throw snowballs at all manner of vehicles and people when I was young and didn't check too carefully whether or not I had picked up stones at the same time. It's clearly unfortunate that this event occurred but unless we are talking about 16-17 year 'youths' as opposed to young children then I would hope that B92 would have better things to report. The same would apply if a bus carrying Kosovan children was attacked by Serb children although I suspect that this might not make the news on B92.
After reading some comments from b92 viewers who are critical of Albanian youths and even if this is a bit off topic what I heard on the news is I believe back in 2009 somewhere in America at some department store was some elderly man and some toddler where at some point the toddler was crying or screaming and this elderly fellow who has no relation to the youngster decided to take matters in his own hands where I believe he mentioned something like to this tot's mom that he'll shut her up by rapidly or at least more than once slapping the toddler across her face,also,in 2013 aboard a flight from Minneapolis,Minneosta to Atlanta,Georgia a drunken white male passenger told a black toddler's adopted white mom "Shut that n***er baby up" than slapped him afterwards.
My point is even if it sounds paranoid why do I get the feeling that some people would condone it if a Serb adult slaps an Albanian child for crying or screaming but will raise hell if an Albanian adult slaps a Serbian child for crying or screaming.
How bored are people in Serbia ? Children being children is a crime for Serbs - if they're from a particular place. Or is it more life in year 7 B.C. ? You hate those from the other side of the river ? A political class obsessed with war, a thug class caged, crying like children when their toys are taken from them. The rest live in a dump of an economy. Yugoslavia owned by Serbs is over. Croats, Slovenes, and the rest are not going to bend over, just because you want to. Now you're crying. Whose fault is it ? Nobody forced Tito to get into debt. That "glorious" period, was on borrowed money. You are just as much Balkan as the Albanians and the Bosnians. Slovenes are better than you. Croats are still better than you.

They would have to at least be 20 years old, since 1999 was 17 years ago and 20 year olds aren't kids. Maybe they're just kids brainwashed by a political culture that remains as incestuous and backward as the one their parents grew up in and thus are taught to hate.
