People don’t worry I have seen this kind of threat situation before 2 – 3 years before with Croatia. Serbs threat with war , and bark all the time - but when Croatia arm herself Serbs became like cats. Is what they always do!
The same will happen with Kosovo. EU can not force us to not have an army while Serbia threat us all the time.
Remember when EU will permit Kosovo to have an army, you will see Serbia on panic and will complain all the time to Russia like a threat to Serbs. Hhahahahah!

And thirdly, come to an agreed amount for war damages to be paid by Serbia for the damage done by the war in 1998-1999 both physical, material & to the infrastructure!!!
Then maybe we will trust Serbias sincerity???

What did Croatia arm themselves with? 5 used scout helicopters that the US sold as if near new? I’m sure the Serbs are shaking in their shoes.
What type of “last army teknologia” are you going to buy? A new tank costs $3 million or attack helicopter is $12 million, a F16 is $165 million each and so on. Who is paying for all this? No they don’t take credit as all transactions are in cash in advance. Maybe you are passing the hat around.
