Most of the crisises on the post-Yugoslavian soil were fixed when the capability of Russia and Serbia to resist the West were at the lowest point. What constitution are you talking about? The Yugoslav constitution that both Croatia and Bosnia violated in order to separate?
Serbian constitution doesn't require that Serbs give up a piece of their land in order to get back another piece of their own land. Don't forget, Serbs were on "Bosnian" land way before Islam showed it's face there. Same deal with Kosovo so there is no demand to recognize anything before claiming their own land back.
Bosniaks should be glad that they are being left with 51% to split between Croats and themselves.

Donald Trump is not going to fight on the side of Muslims, that's for sure. He has shown how much he favours Muslims. All he has to do is not get involved.
So NATO is not going to find it easy to get all the countries to agree which means no more NATO being their air force.
Croatians are going to welcome the movement because they are going to want their own part too.

You are enough prepared and are mature enough to understand that without EU recognition and autorisation even Russia can't do a move, because no one is killing or persecutes Serbs in RS. Is the same situation as Catalonia in Spain, they held the referendum to, as i know, so is complicated, is not so easy. So Serbs need that conflict, for this Serbia is trying to provoke the neighbors, is the only way to justify the actions. I don’t think that Albanians would be part of the conflict because in Bosnia and RS don’t live Albanians.

The problem here is that Belgrade (and Dodik himself) has repeatedly said that Kosovo acted illegally in calling for secession and has not recognised Kosovan independence. I pass no judgement on whether they are right or wrong in this but clearly there would need to be consistency. Should Belgrade state that the RS has the right to a referendum and then to secede, they would then need to accept Kosovo's right to have done so. Is the RS sufficiently important to Serbia that they would be prepared to 'swap' it for Kosovo? I suspect not.

Serbian constitution doesn't require that Serbs give up a piece of their land in order to get back another piece of their own land. Don't forget, Serbs were on "Bosnian" land way before Islam showed it's face there. Same deal with Kosovo so there is no demand to recognize anything before claiming their own land back.
Bosniaks should be glad that they are being left with 51% to split between Croats and themselves.

The sooner RS break off the better, lets face it they are doing what ever they want now with consent from Sarajevo so may as well legitimise it as soon as possible. Serbia's economy is on he improve and is one of the fastest growing economies in the Balkans with a low inflation, budget surplus, steady currency and so its no surprise RS want to join.

The problem here is that Belgrade (and Dodik himself) has repeatedly said that Kosovo acted illegally in calling for secession and has not recognised Kosovan independence. I pass no judgement on whether they are right or wrong in this but clearly there would need to be consistency. Should Belgrade state that the RS has the right to a referendum and then to secede, they would then need to accept Kosovo's right to have done so.
