The Brussels agreement 2013 said CSm would have no executive powers
The Kosovo court in 2015 said CSm would have no executive powers
Why hasn't this powerless joke been created already?!? Because Albanian nationalists have convinced Kosovo CSm will have executive powers and be republika srpska of Kosovo. It's never happening ever through Kosovo parliament.
