Bozidar Stanisljevic has been transferred from Sarajevo to the Tunjice prison near Banja Luka, director of the prison Pero Dunjic stated on Tuesday. Stanisljevic is held on terrorist charges related to the Borik case. Terrorism suspect moved to Banja Luka Dunjic told Srna news agency that Stanisljevic was transferred to the detention facility of the prison on January 14. Stanisljevic confessed to bringing in the Borik sports hall in Banja Luka a large quantity of weapons and explosives, which were found on January 8, one day before the official celebration in view of Republic of Srpska (RS) Day. Top officials of the RS and Serbia, including President Boris Tadic, attended the event. The RS police found in the reporters' lodge a bag containing an automatic rifle with a silencer and 5 cartridges, 3 kilograms of plastic explosives with TNT of great destructive power, 4 bombs and a semi-automatic rifle with 330 pieces of ammunition, and slow-burning fuses. According to the RS police, if the weapons had been activated, it would have endangered lives of more than 1,000 people who attended the celebration.
