A convoy of EULEX vehicles with cisterns and customs booths was stopped at about 11:00 CET in the village of Banov Do near Zvecan, in northern Kosovo. “The vehicles were stopped on a section of the road between Zvecan and the village of Zubin Potok,” Kosovska Mitrovica Mayot Krstimir Pantic said Friday.
