He said it was. He cried a little and said he regretted what he had done. After that, he just walked around the apartment and did things, probably to take his mind off it,&rdquo; Twiggs said. He added that Robinson told him he intended to turn himself in to the police.Utah Bureau of Investigation agent Brian Davis testified that Robinson arrived at the Washington County Sheriff&rsquo;s Office on September 11 at around 9 p.m., accompanied by his parents and a family friend, where he was arrested.Robinson&rsquo;s attorneys repeatedly challenged the evidence and witness statements during the hearing.Earlier this week, prosecutors also presented an FBI report stating that Robinson&rsquo;s and Twiggs&rsquo; DNA traces were found on the rifle, a screwdriver, and a towel recovered from the crime scene.The defense spent hours questioning the expert who prepared the report, asking about procedures, testing methods, interpretation of results, and possible margins of error. Throughout the week, Kirk&rsquo;s wife Erika, his parents Katherine and Robert, as well as Donald Trump Jr. and his wife attended the proceedings.Robinson&rsquo;s parents and his two brothers were also present in the courtroom. According to the Associated Press, Robinson&rsquo;s mother Amber cried as his messages were read aloud.
