Earlier today, two unnamed sources from the U.S. Department of Defense said that Trump has been briefed on a wide range of military and covert options that could be applied against Iran, including measures that go beyond conventional airstrikes.According to several sources familiar with the situation, Trump’s national security team will hold a meeting at the White House today to review updated options toward Iran, but it is not known whether the U.S. president will personally attend the meeting, CBS News reports, as cited by Tanjug.
