As stated, the indictment was filed due to the existence of justified suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of Preparing an offense against the constitutional system and security of Serbia in connection with the criminal offense of Calling for a violent change of the constitutional system in co-perpetration.The indictment includes L.S. (22) from Kragujevac, B.B. (23) from Belgrade, L.S. (21) from Zaječar, I.M. (20) from Smederevo, D.S. (23) from Belgrade, D.S. (22) from Niš, D.D. (25) from Niš, N.P. (22) from Apatin and L.D. (20) from Valjevo.There is a justified suspicion that on June 20, 2025, in Belgrade, in the premises of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Belgrade, and on June 24, 2025, in the premises of the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade, according to a previous agreement, they prepared the execution of a criminal act and organized a call to change the constitutional order by force, overthrow the highest state authorities or representatives of those authorities.At the meetings held, they, as is suspected, agreed on the activities they are planning for the time and during the meeting scheduled for June 28, 2025, when they stated that the deadline for the fulfillment of their demands - namely the calling of extraordinary parliamentary elections and the removal of the tent of the reported meeting of students in Pionirski Park.They also agreed on violent actions that will be taken by the participants of the rally if their two main demands are not met, and that is until 9:00 p.m., when they will start with the radicalization of the protest and block it in several locations in several cities on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, namely the buildings of the Presidency of the Republic of Serbia, the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, then the offices and construction sites of EXPO, the mining basin of Kolubara in Lazarevac, the party premises of the Progressive Serbian Party, and the reported meeting in Pionirski Park.They also planned the blockade of vital roads and inner city centers in several cities of the Republic of Serbia, highways, bridges, shopping centers, and if these activities did not lead to the fulfillment of the set demands, the defendants agreed to further radicalize the protest through various forms of civil disobedience, burning containers, setting up concrete barriers and other obstacles in order to prevent the functioning and development of traffic.They then arranged illegal activities with tendentious and politically colored speeches directed against the authorities with the aim of prompting other participants of the meeting so that after the protest was over, they too would take part in violent acts aimed at the facilities of the highest state institutions.During the protest on June 28, 2025, in Belgrade, they planned to provoke a reaction and clashes between the police officers, engaged in maintaining public order and peace during the protest, with the gathered citizens, which would then - according to their plans, escalate into conflicts of greater intensity, which would lead to the disruption of public order and peace on a larger scale, jeopardizing the safety of citizens gathered at the protest, police and other engaged officers, as well as damage to property on a larger scale.All of this was confirmed since after the protest rally, there was a clash between the gathered citizens and the police cordons at several locations, during which the police officers present were attacked with sticks, rods, stones and other suitable objects, causing physical injuries to the police officers, disrupting public order and peace on a larger scale and causing great material damage.The prosecution proposed to the court that the defendant L.S. extend the ban on leaving the apartment, as well as order the detention of D.D., who is on the run.The indictment proposed that the court, after the main hearing, declare the defendants B.B., L.S., I.M., D.S., D.S., N.P. and L.D. guilty and that they be sentenced to prison terms of no less than 10 months with a probationary period of three years.For L.S. and D.D., prison terms of no less than 10 months were proposed.

Indictment against nine persons suspected of calling for a change in the constitutional order
The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office (VJT) in Belgrade submitted an indictment against nine defendants to the High Court in Belgrade.
