Bomb attack in the entertainment center: There are many injured, special forces on the ground PHOTO/VIDEO

The entertainment center in Kağıthane was attacked with hand grenades tonight around 1:40 am local time in the Kağıthane Hurriyet neighborhood, on Park Street.

According to information collected, the bombs were thrown by two people on motorcycles without license plates on the second floor of a five-story building that is used as a place for entertainment, the Hurriyet daily reports based on the İhlas Agency (IHA) news.

Ambulance crews, public order experts, explosives experts, crime scene investigation experts, special operations, anti-terrorist and firefighting teams were dispatched to the scene.

While crews took security measures in the street where the incident happened, an investigation was carried out with the help of investigation teams and police dogs.

The teams also reviewed security camera footage in the area to nab the assailants.

Seven people, three of whom were seriously injured, were transported by ambulance to nearby hospitals.
