A criminal case was being conducted against Miroslav Aleksić on suspicion of raping and sexually harassing several students at the acting school he owned.

Over the past year and a half, the trials had been repeatedly postponed due to his serious health condition. In November 2025, the trial was postponed indefinitely because the defendant was absent, as his lawyer stated at the time, due to a deterioration in his health.

The defendant’s lawyer at the time stated that Aleksić did not have the strength to speak, which is why the lawyers were communicating with his wife.

Miroslav “Mika” Aleksić was first reported by actress Milena Radulović, after which her colleague Iva Ilinčić did the same. Soon, other women also came forward to the police and the prosecutor’s office.

Aleksić was arrested in January 2021 and remained in custody until September 10 of the same year, when it was replaced with house arrest under electronic monitoring.

In mid-March 2022, even that measure was lifted, and he defended himself while free. He last appeared in court in December 2024.
