He announced on Sunday evening that 400 cases of war crimes have already been recorded in Kherson. Zelensky added that the "neutralization of saboteurs" is still ongoing.
The governor of the Kherson region, Yaroslav Yanusevych, claims that the Russians mined almost everything as they were retreating from the city.
