OSCE Spokesman Nikola Gaon said late on Sunday that all polling stations in Kosovo had been closed at 20:00 CET. The second round of the presidential election in the province had been carried out "without any problems", Tanjug reported. OSCE: All polling stations in Kosovo closed Gaon told the news agency that the complete electoral material would be transported to Vranje and Raska during the night, where the ballot papers would be counted.
