It is not realistic to expect Socialist Party of Serbia leader Ivica Dacic to be the next PM, says Serb Progressive Party (SNS) deputy leader Aleksandar Vucic. He added that the next prime minister will be his party leader Tomislav Nikolic. “Leader of Progressives will be next PM” When asked whether he had a list of “respectable citizens” that should run for president, the SNS deputy leader said that he would not like to talk about it just yet. Commenting on SPS official Branko Ruzic’s statement that the SNS was a political experiment that did not provide any solutions but only noted problems, he said: ”This is how he answered the question how they lowered the citizens' standard of living. So much for his and his party's credibility. They did not want to see our draft amendments to the Law on Public Procurement, which means forming of an office for quick answers and improving the investment environment and solving corruption affairs, including the ones that Branko Ruzic and the SPS and the others in the government are involved in. They should just wait. They are free to call us an ‘experiment’ while they, the SPS and the others in the government, are in fact experimenting with the people. We will not experiment on the people.” When asked to comment on alleged differences between himself and Nikolic, he said that it was a “complete nonsense”. “That’s a complete nonsense. When we have different opinions about something we sit down and agree within five minutes and we present this position to the public. It’s wishful thinking, I would say that for all such allegations. Let them dream on, because Nikolic and I agree on everything and we do everything together,” Vucic told daily Danas. Aleksandar Vucic Danas
