Week-long expert-level Kosovo talks yield no results
Speaking to reporters in Brussels - where the delegations of Belgrade and Pristina negotiated in expert-level talks under the EU auspices since Monday - Director of the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo Marko Djuric said that Belgrade "refused to accept establishing a precedent.""We did not accept that our property should be represented as an asset of the Post and Telecom of Kosovo," said Djuric, and added:
"We did not agree to the creation of telecommunications enclaves for Serbs (in Kosovo)."
Djuric then "stressed that agreements can be reached with Belgrade - but not using the language of blackmail."
"We remain ready to negotiate when the EU schedules the meetings," Djuric concluded.
