Commenting on the "latest tensions between Serbia and Croatia," Kocijancic reiterated the EU accession process in the Western Balkans, including Croatia, was based on reconciliation, good-neighborly relations and regional cooperation."The escalation of rhetoric is not contributing to achieving those principles, which are a commitment as well as an obligation of the entire region," Kocijancic said in a statement to Tanjug.
Brussels's official response to Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic's letter pointing to unacceptable statements and actions in Croatia that are threatening good-neighborly relations is still pending.
