Brussels: Agreement reached on telecommunications

Although the agreement on telecommunications has been reached, it will not be signed until agreements have also been reached on other points negotiated in Brussels.

Vladisavljevic explained that the calling number will, on Pristina's request, be requested by Austria, "but that it changes nothing when it comes to telephone conversations tariffs."

The agenda of the delegations led by premiers of Serbia Aleksandr Vucic and of Kosovo Isa Mustafa includes the forming of the Community of Serb Municipalities, energy, and freedom of movement across a bridge in Kosovska Mitrovica.

It is expected that an agreement on energy will be the hardest to reach, because Pristina wants to own the distributive system, which is unacceptable to Belgrade.

The negotiations that entered the sixth hour started with bilateral conversations of the two delegations with EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini. The trilateral meeting started at around 11 a.m.
