The deadline for submission of offers is January 5, 2015.The privatization documentation will cost EUR 10,000 and all bidders are required to deposit EUR 100,000 to confirm the seriousness of their offer, the government office for media relations has stated.
The government decided that all state-owned creditors of Zelezara Smederevo will discard all claims recorded by December 31, 2013 provided that the capital increase is successful.
A committee for the implementation of the strategic partnership model was formed, along with the qualification requirements and ranking criteria for bids. The government ordered the Privatization Agency to prepare an instruction document for the bidders, the statement says.
