BELGRADE PM Ivica Dacic sent a letter of congratulations to Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on the occasion of Russia Day, the government said. "On behalf of the Serbian government and in my own name, I would like to extend to you my sincere congratulations and best wishes for the progress and prosperity of your country and people," reads the prime minister's message. Dacic congratulates Medvedev on Russia Day Dacic voiced confidence that the strategic partnership, traditional friendship and understanding between our peoples and countries will grow even further. “I am convinced that we will contribute together to strengthening all forms of bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and the Russian Federation,” Dacic said in his letter to the Russian prime minister.
