Serbian Justice Minister Snezana Malovic said yesterday that all war criminals would be arrested if found on Serbian territory, including Ratko Mladic. Malovic said this after a meeting in Sarajevo attended by Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic, Bosnian Justice Minister Barisa Colak and Bosnian Chief Prosecutor Milorad Barasin. She announced that Serbia would be organizing a regional conference in September aimed at rendering appropriate solutions for regional judicial institutions operational. The conference will focus on the agreement on cooperation in legal assistance in penal and civic matters between Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, in order to overcome the current problem of conducting double court cases. The minister said she did not wish to talk about the Dobrovoljačka Street and Ilija Jurišić cases, because they were being processed by judicial institutions.
